What's included in Maintenance Cleaning?
Kitchen:

Check all areas for cobwebs

Dust light fixtures

Spot clean cabinets

Clean microwave inside and out

Clean stove top

Wipe down exterior of oven

Clean the outside of fridge and dishwasher

Clean sink

Wipe down soap dispensers

Wipe down all windowsills and clean the windows behind the sink

Clean backsplash

Wipe down all small appliances such as toaster oven and coffee pot

Clean countertops, make sure to get underneath all items and replace them facing forward

Fold dish towels nicely and set on the counter

Check to make sure stainless steel appliances are not streaky

Empty trash, replace with a new liner
